These are official videos, made by Jonathan Thomas the OpenShot creator himself.

This one is about “pausing” a video; for example to stop hacking and explaining a bit meanwhile. Two options,

• insert freeze frame

• taking a photo and inserting that; this looks better to me because I can easily adjust the length of the still image, by simply grabbing its start/end handles
